Our
technology is both simple and brilliant
The house we build for you in Greece is economical, efficient, and its
insulation qualities are ecologically superior. The framework is constructed of prefabricated insulating blocks of EPS
(Expanded Polystyrene), which functions as the formwork for a core
of reinforced concrete. The blocks have a density of 25 kg/m3. The width
is 350 mm with a 150 mm pre-stressed concrete core C20/25. The heat
transfer coefficient is 0.17 W/m2K, and the structure is sound-proofed
to 50 dB.

The exterior can be either brick or colored stucco as part of a single reinforced layer.
Except the bathrooms, which are tiled, all indoor surfaces are clad with
sheet-rock, plasterboard, or stucco. All materials we use are environmentally friendly, and
provide outstanding insulation against dampness, heat and cold. Besides
your long-term energy savings, our materials and methods result in a
much shorter construction interval, which lowers considerably the cost
of your house.
The
technology has been developed over a period of thirty years in
Scandinavia.
The foundation is made of concrete over draining gravel.
